At last week’s meeting we informed the KGHOA that we have partnered with Blackstone Management to help us with the Management of our homeowner association.   They will be building us a website that will have a portal for paying your association fees.  The fees can be paid by either a debit or credit account.  You will also be able to see your payments for the year.  They will alert you when a payment is due.  Your account will be password protected with a password designated by you.  They will also assist us with neighborhood walk through, architecture reviews, home resale, etc.

In the few weeks, you will be receiving a letter from Blackstone introducing themselves and how to get to our new Blackstone website for payment processing.  Also, I will try to have a Blackstone representative at our 1st Quarter 2023 meeting.

Last, but not least, if you were not at last weeks meeting, you have received a copy of our budget for 2023.  Our HOA fees for the year is $285 per quarter or $1140 per year.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.   Thank you!
