The King Gallahan HOA is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to enforce and ensure that covenants, codes and restrictions (CC&Rs –drafted when the community was built) are adhered to by all homeowners. These rules and guidelines were created to do what all homeowners want – protect and maintain property values while retaining a desirable quality of life within the community.  Association fees are established to cover operational fees associated with maintenance of common areas, etc. This helps us address the key needs of the community.

When you are a member of the Gallahan Acres community you are more than just a homeowner in a housing community, but you are family. At Gallahan Acres our main goal is to transcend the community through communication, innovation, and teamwork. We all hold a special place in the community in which we live in and together we can continue to keep Gallahan Acres the forefront of striving communities.
